👋 Hello everyone, it's me again!

We all know this. Whether it's a big project or a small one. Something with a deadline needs organization and structure. Besides all the tips and tricks that are out there about project management, there is one point that should be emphasized.

A good project is one that we at least get done.

The more time we waste on unnecessary things that may only be peripherally related to the project, it doesn't necessarily do us much good in the end.

💡 The key to completing a project is simplicity of organization. A simple outline of all the steps necessary to complete. With that basic principle in mind, you should pick and choose which tools you get to organize and structure your projects.

I realised this basic principle in Notion and built a template for project management.
