Here is a problem that may sound familiar to you.

You have acquired a very nice project management system, and found a template to go with it. However, you also need something to manage your meetings and documents. You also find a very good template for it. The problem is that you have different templates for each of these purposes, which are not connected to each other, and maybe implement completely different systems.

Here is my solution to it.

One solution to this problem is to use a unified system for all these purposes. Is there a template with a whole productivity system that can be used for managing projects and tasks, meetings, documents, and contacts, as well as planning goals and resources, and that efficiently connects all these things together?

Yes there is. I have created a template that combines everything.

What I call the Doodables Productivity System Template implements a system that is divided into four parts:

structure (the framework of the work),
action (the actual work),
planning (the framework and goals of the work), and
resources (all the necessary information for the work).

With this system you will be able to efficiently and clearly define and tackle your large and small projects, define and measure goals, and store and organize information.

Dashboard in which you have access to the most important databases at a glance.
