You want to run a project but you don't know where exactly to start? Be it a big event or party, a major home renovation, a project for university, a PhD or other major research paper, or even an entrepreneurial project, all of these projects have certain things in common that are worth keeping in mind.
Projects are usually big tasks that span a specific period of time and are made up of individual subtasks that need to be done during that period of time in order to complete that project.
There are certain questions that play some role in just about every project. If you answer, or at least consider, these questions, you will find it much easier to organize and then complete a project. For simplicity's sake, you can think of these questions as a sort of checklist to consider when planning a project.
If you go through this checklist, in principle nothing should stand in your way to start the project.
